I purchased some Shimmer Eye Shadow from Claire's to go along with my Santee nail lacquer (shade purple M13).Just sprinkle the shimmer eye shadow onto wet nails like you would a nail caviar and let it set for a minute or two,and blow off.Then gently add a clear polish over the top.Viola♥Beautiful shimmery shade♥
