- Start with your choice of a base color,I chose pink
- Then choose a shade darker for your tips.
- Then using your dotting tools you choose what size dots you'd like.I chose a bigger dotting tool so I could place a dot inside of another dot.
- Alternate dotting colors
- Viola your done♥
